Dear Brothers,

On behalf of the 56,000 members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, I am sending greetings of solidarity and support.  We want to thank you for opposing the reforms at La Poste.

Privatization hurts workers and results in poorer quality services.  By standing up against postal privatization you are fighting for a universal public post office that treats its workers fairly. We are engaged in the same fight for many years. To stop globalization, privatization and deregulation, all postal workers of the world have to be united.

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers wishes you success in this struggle.  Please call upon us if you need assistance.

In solidarity,

Denis Lemelin
National President
